How do I post Ads on Rubsguide?: First, you need to register for your own Rubsguide account using your regular email address. After logging in, click on "My Account" to access your dashboard. You will need to purchase credits for your account before you can post ads (purchases are only accepted via BTC).
How can I add points to my account?: Click the "Buy Credit" button on the left side of the dashboard (the green button with the BTC icon) to access the credit top-up interface. We have made changes to the BTC top-up system! The previous manual top-up method has been completely replaced with automatic top-up. After topping up, a top-up status notification will appear. The funds usually arrive within 30-60 minutes (this depends on the BTC network speed). Once the funds arrive, you can publish your advertisements as usual.
How many ads can I post?: Theoretically, there is no specific limit on the number of ads you can post, and each of your ads can be posted to nearby cities (up to 5 cities). However, please note: 1. You are not allowed to post ads with duplicate content (meaning one phone number posting two or more ads to the same city). 2. You are not allowed to post ads that are unrelated to the categories we require. (We will delete the ad, and in serious cases, we will delete your account without any refund of points.) 3. We will regularly check all spam accounts for fraudulent ads. (Your account will be immediately deleted without any refund of points.)
Someone stole my photos!: If someone has stolen your photos, you can provide us with evidence by clicking "Contact Us." We will handle this matter immediately. We do not allow individuals with malicious intent to steal anyone's photos and post any false or fraudulent content!
Does Rubsguide support refunds?: Unfortunately, we do not support refunds.
Someone used my information to post false..: If you discover that someone has used your information to post any content without your permission, please contact our support team immediately, and we will handle this matter right away!
Are the ads on Rubsguide all genuine?: Because all advertisements are posted by users themselves, we cannot guarantee the authenticity of every ad, such as the authenticity of the photos or the accuracy of the descriptions provided by the poster. However, you should browse these ads cautiously; most of them are genuine, but please note: anyone who asks you to pay in advance before meeting is a scammer! Therefore, do not transfer money to anyone in advance. There are warning notices in the description of each advertisement. If you are scammed, please click "Contact Us," and our team will handle the matter!
I want to delete my account.: You need to contact our support team, and we will delete your account for you.
